Terms and Conditions
By using the Rock Artist Studios website, you are bound by the following terms and conditions;
Payment - You can choose to pay via PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order, or Bank Transfer. Please note that PayPal are a 3rd party payment method and so Rock Artist Studios are NOT the ones responsible for processing the payment, nor dealing with any bank details. If you wish to send a Personal Cheque or Postal Order, please make it payable to Rock Artist Studios, and send to PO Box 2040, Livingston, EH54 0DP, Scotland, UK. If you would prefer to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact for further details. Payment must be received as cleared funds before any goods are dispatched, please allow approx. 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Postage and Packing - Items usually go out within 3 working days of cleared payment. Those dispatched within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, which takes about 1 to 2 working days. Overseas orders outwith the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Items will be sold/dispatched to UK and Europe only.

Returns - If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items should be in reasonable and cared for condition. Please note that return postage will only be refunded when returning faulty goods. Returns should be addressed to - Rock Artist Studios, PO Box 2040, Livingston, EH54 0DP, Scotland, UK.
Privacy Policy - Rock Artist Studios are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not sell your details to 3rd parties, nor send you spam emails.
Disclaimer - Please note that all sizes quoted in product descriptions are approximate. Please take care in knowing what you are doing when applying a decal to an object such as motorbike tank or guitar - Rock Artist Studios will accept NO responsiblity for these being used incorrectly or inappropriatley.
Rock Artist Studios reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be deemed to be effective as from the date published on the website.
